Douglas Youth Soccer (DYS), aka Douglas Axmen Soccer Club is affiliated and is governed by both Midland Area Youth Soccer (MAYS) and Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association (MYSA). In addition, DYS falls under the larger umbrella of both US Soccer Federation (USSF) and US Youth Soccer (USYS). By the end of  2016 all DYS head coaches will be required to have their "F" license through Massachusetts Youth Soccer. DYS encourages all of their coaches to further their coaching education by taking the courses offered by  Massachusetts Youth Soccer.
